The first workshop
" Municipal IT BEST PRACTICE" of E-MunIS is organised in Genova on
April 12th, 2002, by the GISIG Association in cooperation with the
Municipality of Genova, which hosts the event in one of the most prestigious
historical seat of the Municipality, Palazzo Tursi (built in 1565), the most
important building in Via Garibaldi, the ancient "Via Aurea (Golden Street)"
of the Genoise nobility.
The workshop is focused to introduce the E_Munis initiatives and its first results to
the external audience of the project made, by officers in the Municipalities dealing with
e-Government and to operators in Municipal IT and e-services to citizens.
It will be also the occasion to present example of IT Best Practice in the Municipality
at a European level.
