Abstract

The paper describes the procedure currently being used by the Municipality of Genoa to prepare its Maritime Public Domain Use Plan.
After a short explanation of the several bonds and constraints to be faced, the paper goes on to sketch the method adopted so far together with the approach which can be envisaged for carrying on the plan.
